Sailing Guidelines & Important Notices
  1. Boarding Time: Passenger check-in begins approximately 4 hours before departure. We recommend arriving at the terminal 4 hours in advance, with a minimum of 2 hours before sailing. All passengers must board on time — the ship will not wait, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

  2. Luggage Tags: Upon arriving at the terminal, attach cruise luggage tags to all checked bags. Write your cabin number and full name in English or Pinyin (must match your passport exactly) on the tag. Your checked luggage will be delivered to your cabin approximately one hour after boarding. ⚠️ Do NOT pack essential documents (passport, green card, boarding documents, etc.) in checked luggage — you'll need them for check-in and boarding.

  3. Check-in Process: After checking your luggage, proceed to the cruise terminal service counter for check-in. Have your passport and completed boarding documents ready and wait in line. During check-in, the cruise line may collect your passport for safekeeping. Request a receipt for your passport — you'll need it to retrieve your passport for immigration procedures at the end of the cruise.

  4. SeaPass Card: After check-in, each passenger will receive a cruise boarding card (SeaPass). This card displays: cruise ship name, departure date, passenger name, dining room, dining time, table number, cabin number, and account card number. This card serves as your passenger identification, cabin key, and onboard credit card throughout the voyage. Carry it with you at all times. If lost, report it immediately to the service desk for replacement.

  5. Cabin Assignment: After boarding, cabin attendants will guide you to your stateroom. Do not change cabins随意 to ensure proper luggage delivery. If vacancies exist, passengers may request an upgrade to a higher-category room after sailing, but must pay the full price difference in cash or traveler's checks. Always take your cabin key when leaving — you may get locked out.

  6. Muster Drill: On embarkation day, a mandatory emergency lifeboat drill will be conducted. When the alarm sounds, put on your life jacket (located in the closet or under the bed) and proceed to your designated muster station (muster station and lifeboat numbers are marked on the life jacket). Follow the crew's instructions for life jacket fitting, or refer to the illustrated guide on the bathroom wall.

  7. In-Room Safes: Almost all cabins are equipped with safes. Store valuables and cash in the safe. The company and cruise line are not responsible for lost items.

  8. Mid-Voyage Departure: If passengers disembark mid-cruise due to personal reasons or force majeure, all cruise fees remain payable with no refunds (including unused meals).

  9. Itinerary Changes: The cruise line reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, mechanical issues, political/economic conditions, port closures, or other force majeure events, to protect passenger safety and interests. Passengers may not object to such changes.

  10. Medical Services: The ship is equipped with a medical center and staff. Additional fees may apply based on services required.

  11. Luggage Damage/Loss: If luggage is damaged or lost during the voyage, report immediately to the cruise line service desk and request a copy of the incident report. All liability will be handled according to relevant insurance policies.

  12. No Smoking in Cabins: Smoking is prohibited in all cabins during the voyage. Use designated outdoor deck areas or smoking lounges. Violators will be charged a $250/night cleaning fee, payable by the guest. Our company is not responsible for these charges.

  13. Passenger Conduct: Passengers must comply with all cruise line rules and requirements. Damage to public property requires compensation according to law. Cruise terms and conditions are subject to change — the latest versions are posted on the cruise line's official website. Agents must review all terms before booking. Our company's obligations are limited to these terms. Except as specifically provided herein or by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
